Refund policy

Replacements:

There are no replacements unless it meets the following criteria:

1. Our error in spelling and/or design.  If we make an error, our usual recourse is to send a return shipping label for the item to be returned at our expense.  We will the send the replacement upon receipt of the returned item.

2. Damage due to shipping.

Refunds:

Refunds prior to an order being processed are allowed as long as the cancellation request is completed within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders will be refunded if we are unable to fulfill the order in a timely fashion upon request.

We do not refund nor replace an item due wood color variations.  Wood is a natural product and will come with variations in color.
